Sea View Apartments - Terms

Apartments can be occupied from 2pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am of day of departure.

To avoid disappointment, please print, complete and return the Printable Booking Form with deposit.

Alternatively, you can complete our new Online Booking Form, and post a deposit.

Please make cheques payable to Seaview Apartments.

We are located on a private road with our own parking facilities.

Bed linen & hot water is provided free of charge. We can provide travel cots on request.

Please note: inline with the smoking ban in England, this is a non smoking establishment.

1. We are non-smoking establishment.
2. Bed linen is provided free of charge!
3. We do not supply towels or tea towels
4. Travel cots are available on request
5. Our apartments can be occupied from 2:00pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
6. All breakages must be paid for prior to vacating the Apartment
7. When booking in advance, we require a minimum non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room/per week , the remaining balance to be paid on or before arrival. If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason we will require 6 weeks notice, if you cancel within 6 weeks then a 20% admin fee is payable.

9. Credit Card payments incur a 3% charge.
10. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
11. Please note that, without prejudice, anyone caught smoking inside the premise's will be asked to leave.
